The actress is building a community of artists, in downtown Manhattan. She endeavored to build Atelier Jolie into a hub for artists, makers, chefs, students and Broadway stars. The building has artistic pedigree: 57 Great Jones Street, once owned by Andy Warhol, and inhabited by Jean- Michel Basquiat.
